Ansel Adams Constantly Reworked His Shots ~ I Follow His Example: 3/4 Take 2

Ansel Adams was a superb photographer. I try to learn from him. His most famous shot was reworked many times.

There was a general consensus that the dark blue back ground didn't do the pipe and rust justice. Putting in a black background certainly changes the shot. This is just artsy enough that the answer to 'is it better' depends upon personal taste.

There are as many ways to process a shot as to cook a chicken
